摘要
近年来,随着跨国公司之间的内部合作日益密切,联盟研究者们发现,传统的局限于联盟合作双方的视角已无法透视公司间错综复杂的网络合作关系。要想充分发掘出联盟的战略价值,就必须立足于网络视角,从宏观层次把握网络的整体动向。
In recent years, with the ccoperations between multinational corporations, the researchers find thattraditional views are outdated in analysis of the complicated relations of network cooperations beteen firms.Therefore, if we hope to develop the strategic alliance, we must be based on a network perspective. It means thatwe should handle the network from macro-level.
