摘要
目的对社区居民进行糖尿病健康筛查,以便早期发现糖尿病患者。方法采用系统抽样方法,对社区4 107位居民实施问卷调查和相关指标的检测。结果健康筛查新诊断糖尿病人498例,检出率为12.78%;新诊断糖尿病患者的BMI、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白值与健康人群相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论通过社区健康筛查是早期发现糖尿病病人的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE The screening on diabetes for community residents were carried out in Tianmuxi Co mmunity Health Service Center.METHODS The systematic sampling methods were used.4 107 residents were investigated by questionnaires and some blood indexes were examined.RESULTS 498 patients were diagnosed and detective rate is 12.78%.The BMI,triglyceride,high density and low density lipoprotein of newly diagnosed patients have significant difference with healthy people（P0.05 or P0.01）.CONCLUSION The screening in community health centers is the effective way to early detect diabetes patients.
