摘要
目的探讨钼靶和CR在乳腺癌患者中的诊断价值。方法对经过病理确诊的50例乳腺癌患者进行回顾性分析,从中观察乳腺癌钼靶和计算机X线摄影(computed radiology,CR)典型的影像学诊断征象。结果在50例患者中,14例可见泥沙样钙化,28例可见等密度及高密度肿块,8例边缘可见小分叶,10例可见毛刺征象,7例可见局部血管增生及皮肤局限性增厚,2例可见结构扭曲。结论乳腺钼靶和CR摄影是早期发现乳腺癌最有效的方法之一。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the value of mammography and computed radiology（CR）film in diagnosis of breast cancer.METHODS 50 confirmed breast cancer cases were given retrospective analysis,observing breast cancer CR typical imaging diagnostic signs.RESULTS In 50 cases,there were 14 cases of sediment shaped calcification,28 cases of identical density and high density masses,8 cases of little leaf on edge,10 cases of Burr syndrome,7 cases of abnormal vessels and limited thicken skin,2 patients of structure distorted.CONCLUSIONS Mammography and CR film is one of the most effective method on early detection of breast cancer.
