安阳市2007—2009年老年人住院患者分性别疾病谱分析

目的探讨男性与女性老年人住院疾病谱的特点,为有针对性地做好老年人的疾病预防治疗和控制提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性方法对安阳市2007—2009年老年男性与女性住院疾病谱资料进行分析,分别计算疾病患病率及构成,并进行排序。结果不同性别老年人住院疾病谱的描述:(1)老年男性与女性住院疾病谱总体的顺位有较高的一致度(χ2=0.866 7,P<0.05)。(2)老年男性与女性住院疾病构成比的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循环系统、呼吸系统、肿瘤、损伤、中毒和外因的某些结果是老年人的多发病;应根据不同性别老年人疾病谱的各自特点,有针对性地开展老年人的疾病预防控制和治疗,建立良好的老年保健体制,提高老年人的生活质量,实现健康老龄化。

OBJECTIVE To study the characteristics of disease spectrum of elderly male and female inpatients,and to provide reference to prevention,treatment and control of senile diseases with clear objectives.METHODS calculate and sort the constituent ratios and prevalence of disease by analyzing the disease spectrum data of elderly male and female inpatients in Anyang from 2007 to 2009.RESULTS Descriptions of disease spectrum of elderly inpatients of different genders are followings：（1）General cispositions of disease spectrum of elderly male and female inpatients are highly consistent（X2=0.866 7,P0.05）.（2）Constituent ratios of disease spectrum of elderly inpatients differed significantly（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Circulatory disease,Respiratory diseases,tumor,poisoning and some results caused by external cause are common in elderly inpatients.Prevention,treatment and control of senile diseases should be carried out with clear objectives according to characteristics of disease spectrum of elderly of different genders and a good health care system should be built to improve their life quality and realize healthy aging.
