摘要
本文研究了如何分析与计算任意截面柱形谐振腔式微波加热器的特性参数.采用多面体网格近似与曲面共形技术相结合的FDTD方法,模拟任意截面柱形腔体,计算其特性参数,与传统的阶梯近似相比。
A 3 D finite difference time domain (FDTD) method is employed with a combination of polygonal approximation and contour conformity of curved surface. When used to calculate the performace of a column resonant cavity heater with arbitrarily shaped cross section,the proposed method has resulted in an improved numerical accuracy compared with the simple lattice approximation.
