摘要
为了配合南方某水库水环境的调查,对库外、库首、库中、库尾等各监测点的浮游藻类群落结构和数量及藻毒素进行了为期三个月的监测和分析,并对藻类密度和环境因子做了相关性分析,评价了该水系的富营养化状态。结果表明,藻类密度与CODMn、DOC呈显著正相关,与水温、浊度、pH、TN、TP呈较小正相关性,与DO和TN/TP呈较小负相关性。在监测期内基本未检出MC-LR。库首的藻细胞密度和生物量总体水平最大,库外的最小,评定得出各点在秋季未出现富营养化状态。
Coordinating the investigation of water environment of a reservoir in south area of China, the structure and amount of phytoplankton community and microcystin were monitored and analyzed at each monitoring point on the outside, entrance, middle and exit of reservoir for three months. The correlation between the algae density and the environmental factors was analyzed. The state of eutrophication in the waters was evaluated. The results indicated that algae density was obvious positive correlation with CODMn and DOC, it was slight positive correlation with water temperature, turbidity, pH, TN and TP, it was slight negative correlation with DO and TN/TP. MC-LR was not detected during the monitoring periods. The values of the algal cell density and biomass were highest in the entrance of the reservoir and lowest in the exit of the reservoir. According to the evaluation, the eutrophication was not found at each monitoring point in an autumn.
