SCMB处理高校再生水试验研究

摘要 采用好氧膜分离生物反应器(SCMB)处理高校洗涤及洗浴废水,研究分析了水力停留时间及溶解氧对CODCr、NH3-N去除效果的影响。结果表明,系统最佳水力停留时间为6~7 h,最佳溶解氧为2.5~3.0 mg/L。在优化工况下,系统对各项污染物指标均有良好的去除效果,出水CODCr、NH3-N、SS分别为27.2,3.9和3.2 mg/L,平均去除率分别为80.98%,89.78%和96.15%,各项出水水质指标均优于《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质标准》(GB/T 18920—2002)要求。 SCMB reactor was used universities, the effects of hydraulic retention for the treatment of washing and bathing wastewater in time and dissolved oxygen (DO) on removal efficiency of CODCr, NH3 - N were analyzed. The results indicated that the optimal hydraulic retention time was 6 to 7 h and the optimal DO was 2.5 to 3.0 mg/L. The system had satisfied removal efficiency on each pollutant index under optimized operational conditions, the CODcr, NH3 - N and SS were 27.2, 3.9 and 3.2 mg/L in the effluent respectively, the average removal rates for them were 80.98%, 89.78% and 96.15%, and the effluent water quality indexes were superior to the requirement of the Reuse of Recycling Water for Urban - Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption( GB/T 18920 - 2002).
