摘要
该文应用应力波理论,研究了筒间存在间隙的双层套筒的多次内碰撞问题。通过不同的结构尺寸、不同间隙量下的分析与计算,探讨了多次内碰撞对界面撞击压力、撞击应力和撞击振动响应的影响,初步分析了响应频率与间隙量之间的关系。结果表明,多项内碰撞引发了变化较为剧烈的界面撞击压力,并引起高频振荡的应力;间隙量对套筒的动态响应影响明显,响应主频率可能存在突变的分叉点。
Multiple impacts of two layered sleeves are investigated by the theory of wave propagation. The numerical analyses for different structural sizes and clearances display the effects of multiple impacts on interface impact pressures, dynamic stresses and responses. The relationship between the response frequency and clearance is discussed.The numerical results show that the interfance impact pressure varies sharply and the stresses in higher frequencies may be caused by multiple impacts.The change of the clearance on the impact response may result in sudden changes of main frequency of the impact system in some values of the clearance.
