国医大师唐由之与中医眼科之发展

The Bright Emissary of Tang You-zhi and the Progress of Ophthalmology of Chinese Medicine

目的:总结国医大师唐由之在中医眼科的成就。方法:列举唐由之在推广"白内障针拨术"为群众及领导人做手术并将改进后的"金针拨内障术"带到了广西和福建农村,建立中西医眼科医院及治疗其他眼疾的事迹和病例,探讨分析其学术观点及其所取得的成就。结果:率先开创睫状体平坦部作内眼手术,在临床实践中重视眼与脏腑和其他组织器官的联系。结论:唐由之的学术思想和临床经验有待继续深入研究。

Objective：To introduce the achievements of Chinese medicine master Tang You-zhi in ophthalmology.Methods：Cited cases of Tang You-zhi treatment diseases of the eye of the leader and masses using ＂cataract needle dial operation＂ l and establish integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment f other eye deeds and case analysis of the academic viewpoints and achievement.Results：Tang You-zhi in ophthalmology community contribution is enormous.Conclusion：Tang You-zhi academic thought and clinical experience needed to be further studied.
