从三焦辨证小议狐惑病

From Tri-jiao Differentiation Analyses White Plug Addison's Disease

目的:运用中医三焦辨证探讨狐惑病的机理。方法:从狐惑病的发病部位、经络循行,涉及的脏腑心、肝、脾、肺、肾和胃、胆等进行理论探讨,并用以指导临床用药。结果与结论:运用三焦辨证理论,辨析狐惑病,治疗上焦肺胃病多采用轻清疏散之法,如菊花、桑叶、蝉蜕、鱼腥草等;中焦脾胃病变多采用清热除湿之法,如厚朴、滑石、车前子、白豆蔻、藿香等,湿热并重则二者兼用;下焦肝胆病变多采用清泻火热、清热利湿之法,如栀子、柴胡、龙胆草、车前子、猪苓等;后期肝肾阴虚火旺者多采用滋阴降火,益精补肾之法,如当归、生地黄、麦冬、玄参、菟丝子、女贞子、五味子等。

Objective：To study the mechanism of Tri-jiao differentiation in the White plug Addison＇s disease.Methods：The argumentation from the Onset parts、meridian line to lead and Clinical medication,analyses White plug Addison＇s disease from tri-jiao dialectical reason and the foundation.Conclusion：Dialectical perspective from the Tri-jiao differentiation to White plug Addison＇s disease have certain basis.
