养肝胶囊对大鼠肝纤维化的实验研究

The Effect of Yanggan Capsule on Experimental Hepatic Fibrosis in Rats Model

目的:探讨养肝胶囊对大鼠抗肝纤维化的作用。方法:大鼠采用皮下注射加营养不良和乙醇饮用,造成肝纤维化模型,观察养肝胶囊对其肝指数和肝羟脯氨酸含量的影响。结果:养肝胶囊可明显减轻四氯化碳皮下注射加营养不良和饮用乙醇所致大鼠肝纤维化模型的肝指数、肝羟脯氨酸含量。结论:养肝胶囊明显减轻肝组织损伤程度,减轻肝脏纤维化及脂肪样变程度。

Objective：To investigate use of yanggan capsule on experimental liver fibrosis in rats and observation of Yanggan Capsule on experimental rat liver fibrosis model rats.Methods：Rats by subcutaneous injection and malnutrition and alcohol drinking,resulting in liver fibrosis model,observing the effect of Yanggan Capsule on the index of liver and liver hydroxyproline content.Results：Yanggan capsule can obviously reduce the subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride with malnutrition and drinking ethanol induced liver fibrosis model rats liver index and liver hydroxyproline content.Conclusion：Yanggan capsule significantly reduce the damage of liver tissue,reduce liver fibrosis and fatty degeneration degree.
