慢性肾衰竭的中医药治疗进展

Chinese Treatment Progress of Chronic Renal Failure

目的:探讨中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效。方法:利用文献分析法,研究慢性肾衰竭的病因病机,中医药对慢性肾衰竭的辨证治疗、专方治疗、单味药治疗以及中药外治。结果与结论:中医药能有效延缓慢性肾衰竭的进展,延缓早中期的慢性肾衰竭患者进入透析器的速度、死亡率。

Objective： To study the curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods： Using document analysis to study the cause and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure,TCM etiology and pathogenesis of diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal failure only for treatment,single herb medicine therapy and the cure.Results and Conclusion： Tranditional chinese medicine can effectively delay the progress of chronic renal failure,and delay the speed that get in dislysis and the mortality of early metaphase of chronic renal failure patients.
