摘要
目的:观察通淋排石汤治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法:治疗组86例患者采用通淋排石汤治疗,对照组64例采用肾石通颗粒治疗。结果:治疗组治愈54例,好转20例,无效12例,有效率86.05%;对照组治愈31例,好转18例,无效15例,有效率76.56%。结论:通淋排石汤治疗泌尿系结石与肾石通颗粒相比具有更好的效果。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Tonglin-paishi Decoction in treating urinary calculi.Methods： Treatment group of 86 cases of urinary calculi by Tonglin-paishi Decoction,64 cases of the control group using shengshitong granule.Results ： the treatment group of 54 cases were cured,20 cases improved,12 cases are invalid;the control group 31 cases were cured,18 cases improved,15 cases are invalid.Conclusion： Self-made Tonglin-paishi Decoction in treating urinary calculi with shengshitong granule has a better effect.
