中药内服配合坐浴疗法治疗肛门瘙痒症疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Herbal Internal Cooperate with Sitz Bath in Treating Anal Itch Disease

目的:观察中药内服配合坐浴治疗肛门瘙痒症的疗效。方法:将286例笔者分为3种类型,其中风热郁结型以凉风清风散加减,风湿夹热型以龙胆泻肝汤加减,血虚生风型以当归饮子加减,均配合中药坐浴。结果:286例患者痊愈220例,有效66例,有效率100%。结论:中药内外结合治疗肛门瘙痒症,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of herbal internal combined with sitz bath in treating anal itch disease.Methods： 286 patients into three type.,including wind and hot stagnation received cool breeze spread to add and subtract,rheumatism clip hot with genianae decoction for purging liverfir,Hemopenia born wind received angelica YinZi addition and subtraction.All with Chinese medicine sitz bath.Results： 220 cases healed,66 cases is effective,the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion： The curative effect of combined way in treating anal itch disease is significant.
