摘要
文章在对当前贵阳市干部执行力现状进行调查研究的基础上,认为当前贵阳市干部在执行力方面突出地存在六个方面的问题。针对上述问题,从增强领导干部个体执行力的途径进行了思考,并提出相应对策。
Based on the survey on the execute ability of the cadres of Guiyang, this article sums up six main problems in the relevant field. It also proposes suggestion on the measures to solve the above-mentioned problems.
