摘要
改革开放30多年来,我国社会管理取得巨大成就。但社会管理的理念、体制、方式还没有完全从计划经济体制转变过来;新的时期,必须从战略上,明确以人为本服务理念,全面把握创新社会管理的基本任务。
There has been significant achievement in the field of social management since the Reform and Opening. However, idea, mechanism and working method generated from the planned economy system still exists. In the new era, it is necessary to adhere to people-oriented principle and to make clear the basic tasks of social management.
