A Predetermination of the 3rd Blast Furnace Cylinder and Bottom Corrosion through Numerical Stimulation for Baoshan Steel Works

摘要 用有限元方法计算了宝钢三号高炉炉缸、炉底的二维稳态传热过程,得到了该高炉的1 150℃等温线,该等温线可以看作高炉炉底的侵蚀终止判定线。在此高炉炉底侵蚀计算模型的基础上编制的软件具有良好的人机界面,能直观地反映出宝钢三号高炉的炉缸、炉底侵蚀情况。 A finite element method is used to compute a heat transfering process of two dimensional and steady state happened inside the 3rd blast furnace cylinder and bottom in Baoshan Steel Works, and obtained the isothermal line, i.e, 1 150℃. This isothermal line can be regarded as the final decision line to termine the corrosion inside the blast furnace bottom. On the basis of the furnace bottom corrosion computing bottom. The software with a good man machine interface has been programmed. As the result, this software can reflect the corroding states of the 3rd furnace cylinder and bottom in Baoshan Steel Works under direct vision.
