髋关节金属界面假体的新近问题
摘要
以英国医生Charnley为时代标志,人类医学史上人工髋关节置换术（TotalHipReplacment,THR）历经了大半个世纪的不断改进、提高,目前已经成为治疗疼痛性髋关节疾病的常规手术,即金标准技术。通过应用运动、无痛、稳定的人工假体及技术很好地缓解髋关节疼痛、改善关节功能,恢复关节稳定、改善髋关节畸形。
