应用不同内固定方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折临床分析

Clinical analysis of Internal Fixation Selection of Intertrochanteric Femoral Fractures in Elderly Patients

目的对自2006年至2010年4月收治并得到随访的96例老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术病例作一临床分析,探讨手术方式的选择。方法 96例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者根据病情作出不同术式的疗效分析。结果本组96例平均住院18天,均正常切口愈合出院。随访时间6-30个月,平均14个月。其中患髋功能优良78例,可12例,差6例,总优良率81%。结论手术应根据患者的身体总体状况、骨折类型、固定器生物力学特点选择内固定治疗方法。

] Objective Retrospectively analysis since 2006 and get the follow-up the operation style selection in 96 intertrochanteric femoral fractures in elderly patients to discusses the choice of the ways of surgery.Methods All the 96 elderly intertrochanteric fracture patient make different operative methods according to the illness of efficacy analysis.Results The average time in hospital are 18 days,all the patients were normal healing of incision and released.All the patients were followed up from 6 months to 30 months with 14 months on the average.Evaluate the joint function of hip,excellent and good was 78,fair12 and poor 6,total excellent and good rates were 81%.Conclusion The internal fixation selection should consider patients physiclal status.the classification of fracture and implant biomechanical feacher.
