摘要
目的探讨带血管蒂腓骨移植治疗长骨骨髓炎并骨缺损的临床应用及体会。方法采用带血管蒂腓骨移植治疗大段骨缺损并慢性骨髓炎患者11例,其中肱骨6例,胫骨5例。结果 11例患者术后6-12个月回访功能恢复良好,移植骨与受体愈合,无感染,骨不愈合等发生。结论采用带血管蒂腓骨瓣移植修复是临床治疗长骨骨髓炎并骨缺损缺损的较好方法。
Objective Investigate the clinical application and experience of repairing long bone defect and osteomyelitis with free vascular fibular transplantation.Methods Treatment 11 patients with long bone defect included 6 cases of tibia and 5 cases of humerus.Results All the cases survived by repairing long bone defect with free vascular fibular transplantation,following-up 6~12 months.No infection,bone nonunion.Conclusion It is an effective method to repaired long bone defect and osteomyelitis with free vascular fibular transplantation.
