摘要
用自行研制的光电直读光谱仪原理样机采集了已知成分的黑色金属的电弧激发光谱,通过理论分析和试验,证明了采用多项式法建立的谱线位置与波长转换关系随标定多项式幂次的增加,其标定误差不断减小。在仪器分辨率顺利实现的条件下,一元三次或四次多项式都是较好的标定多项式选项。
The atomic spectrum images emitted by high voltage are from ferrous metal were collected by a direct-reading spectrometer prototype, and the wavelength transform relation based on polynomial was set up. It was proved by theoretical analysis and experiment that calibration error was decreased when power times of the polynomial, which was used to describe the relationship between spectrum line position and wavelength, was increased. Unary three times or four times polynomial was the good choice for calibration when resolution of the prototype was regular.
