青年是祖国的希望,担负着建设祖国的伟大重任,无产阶级政党历来非常重视青年工作,对青年寄予厚望。列宁的《青年团的任务》和毛泽东的《青年团的工作要照顾青年的特点》对青年工作进行了深刻阐述,其中最主要的思想就是要促进青年的全面发展。在新时代的今天,我们的青年工作要在继承他们的传统的基础上继续与时俱进。
