摘要
供给管理政策有效地刺激了供给,为陷入"滞涨"泥潭的资本主义国家宏观调控提供了理论基础。减税、控制货币发行量、减少政府干预等政策都相应地体现出小政府、大市场的价值取向。我国应进一步推动政府职能的转变,重视政府在宏观经济运行调控中的供给管理政策,减少政府的过度介入;积极推进税制改革,促进经济增长方式转变;增加公共产品的供给。
The supply and management policy stimulates supply effectively, and this offers a theoretical foundation for the capitalist countries＇ macro control which is confronted with stagflation. Polices, such as tax cuts, controlling the total amount of currency supply and minimizing government intervention and so on, will embody the value orientation of small government and big market. China should further promote the transformation of government functions, emphasize government＇ s supply policy in controlling the macro economics operation and lower the government＇ s excessive intervention. Meanwhile, we should increase the transition of government function, ad- vance the transformation of economic growth mode, and enhance the supply of public products.
