微生态制剂对罗非鱼生长性能和肠道菌群的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在考察饲料中添加微生态制剂对罗非鱼生产性能和肠道茵群的影响。试验以平均初重(18.06±0.17g)罗非鱼为试验对象,共180尾,随机分成2组,每组3个重复。在基础饲料中添加150mg/kg微生态制剂,饲养30天后,微生态制剂组显著提高鱼体增重率25.26%(P〈0.05),降低饵料系数11.41%(P〈0.05),显著提高罗非鱼肠道内乳酸杆菌菌群数(P〈0.05),显著降低罗非鱼肠道大肠杆菌菌群数(P〈0.05)。本试验表明,在饲料中添加微生态制剂可以提高罗非鱼生产性能,改善肠道茵群。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of adding microbial ecological agent in diets on growth performance and intestinal microflora of tilapia. 180 tilapias with initial body weight (18.06 ± 0.17g) were randomly divided into two groups, with three replicates per group and 30 tilapias per replicate. The diet of the control group was a basal diet. The experimental diet was composed by adding microbial ecological agent (150mg/kg) into basal diet. The experimental period lasted for 30 days. The growth rate was increased by 25.26% ( P 〈 0.05 ) and FCR was decreased by 11.41% ( P 〈 0.05 ) by adding microbial ecological agent compared with control group. The number of lactobacillus of intestine was significantly increased and the number of Escherichia coli of intestine was significantly decreased by adding microbial ecological agent compared with control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). It showed that microbial ecological agent added in the di- ets of young tilapia could improve the production performance and intestinal microflora.
