摘要
大直径高速粗磨砂轮的工作安全是一个关键问题,在考虑砂轮中心孔半径与外半径的不同比值α下,分析了径向应力和环向应力与砂轮强度的关系,给出了曲线族。同时,又分析了中心孔半径与外半径的不同比值α时,中心孔壁的径向位移ur 的影响,并给出了曲线族。分析结果说明,α值越小,砂轮的强度越高,不平衡量越小。
Working safety is a key problem in high speed rough grinding wheels of large diameter.Considering the variant ratio α in the circular hole radius to outside radius,the relation between the normal stresses in the radial direction or stresses in the circumferential direction and the strength of grinding wheels is analyzed,and a family of curves is given.Furthermore,the effect of the radial displacements u r on the wall of central hole is analyzed,under the variant α,a family of curves is obtained.The results showed that the smaller the α is ,the higher the strength,the smaller the non equilibrium of grinding wheel,and the better the effect of local strengthened,for the high speed grinding wheels.
