老年人工髋关节置换术后的早期康复护理

Early rehabilitation nursing of the elderly after artificial total hip arthroplasty

目的:观察人工关节置换术(THA)早期康复护理对老年人工髋关节置换术患者作用。方法:对56例髋关节置换术的患者加强围术期健康教育、早期康复锻炼和术后并发症的预防措施。结果:有效减轻了患者的痛苦,解决了因关节疼痛而长期卧床引起的诸多不便。结论:置换术后关节功能的改善提高了患者的生活质量,减轻了局部疼痛;通过早期康复护理有效地预防了并发症的发生。

Objective： Artificial total hip arthroplasty （THA） was to excise lesions, eliminate pain and restore joint activities and functions by surgery. Methods： Health education, early rehabilitation exercise and preventive measures of postoperative complications of 56 patients with THA were strengthened. Results： THA could effectively alleviate the sufferings of the patients and resolve the joint pain and inconvenience caused by the long-term bedridden situation. Conclusion： Joint function improvement after arthroplasty improves the patients＇ quality of life, relieves local pain and effectively prevents complications through early rehabilitation nursing.
