经闭孔无张力性尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁在基层医院中的价值

The clinical value of treatment for female stress urinary incontinene with tension-free vaginal tape-obturator procedure in primary hosptial

目的:探讨经闭孔无张力性尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)对于基层医院的临床价值。方法:采用新型术式经闭孔无张力性尿道中段悬吊术(TVT-O)治疗30例女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者临床评价。结果:手术成功率为100%,治愈率为100%,无一例并发症发生,30例患者中合并子宫肌瘤1例,合并子宫脱垂3例,合并阴道前、后壁膨出6例,4例有高血压病史,2例有糖尿病史,1例有心律失常。结论:TVT-O穿刺路径经闭孔避开膀胱,减少了膀胱损伤的机会,术中不需膀胱镜检查,手术操作简单,易于掌握、疗效好、恢复快、创伤小、并发症少,治愈率高,值得无膀胱镜检查条件的基层医院开展及推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical value of treatment for female stress urinary incontinene with tension-free vaginal tape-obturator procedure in primary hosptial. Methods： Adopted the new operation mode to cure thirty case who with stress urinary incontinene. Results： The success rate was one hundred percent and the cure rate was one hundred percent, there were no complications happen, among thirty patients there was one case merge hysteromyoma, three cases merge uterus rectocele, six cases merge relaxed ourlet and cystocele,four cases have hypertension medical history and two cases have diabetes history, only one case have arrhythmias. Conclusion： TVT-O could avoid the damage of bladder, it＇s not necessary to do the check of bladder mirror, have the advantages of simple, easy to master, better curative and less complications,worth to promote in primary hospital which has no condition to do the check of bladder mirror.
