皮质梗死后胚胎脑细胞和组织移植研究方法 被引量:1

摘要 胚胎脑组织块或细胞移植至皮质梗死区后,可以利用行为学试验检查移植大鼠的皮质高级感觉运动复合功能改善;应用形态学方法研究移植物的成活及其与宿主皮质各功能区建立的传入和传出纤维联系;利用电生理功能和递质分泌功能检查,判断移植物新生纤维的电生理功能和递质分泌功能。这些方法对于进一步研究胚胎脑细胞和组织块移植治疗皮质梗死具有重要的意义。
