摘要 为了观察医务人员不同的工作状态下体内清除自由基和抗疲劳能力。方法:对60名参加值夜班的医生、护士及其他人员测定上午11点和夜间23点(餐前)红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(R-SOD)、血浆过氧化脂质(P-LPO)。结果:自由基P-LPO白天高于夜间(P<0.05),R-SOD临床护士白天低于夜间(P<0.05),临床医生夜间下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员上午工作强度高于夜间,护士8h三班倒值班制比医生24h值班制更趋于合理,利于健康。 In order to study the medical staffs ability of clearring free radial and anti-fatigue, the red cell superoxidedismutase (R-SOD) and plasma Lipoperoxide (P-LPO) of 60 doctors, nurses and other staff who were on duty at11:00 am and 11:00 pm were analysed (before meal). The results indicatal that the level of P-LOP in medical staffin the daytime was higher than that in the nighttime (P<0.05), but there had difference on R-SOD between theclinical nurses and doctors for the nurses, the level in the daytime was lower than that in the nighttime (P<0.05),wheras the level of the clinical doctens was on the contrary (P<0.05). It suggested that the work intensity of medicalstaff in the morning was higher than that at night, and work schedule of 8-hours-3-shift for nurse was more rea sonable than 24-hours-1-shift for doctor, which was more favorable for the health of medical staff.
