女性胎儿盆腔囊肿产前超声诊断及其预后 被引量：6

摘要 随着产前超声检查的普遍应用及诊断技术的提高，胎儿盆腔囊性病变的检出率大大提高，而卵巢囊肿是女性胎儿最常见的盆腔内囊性占位性病变。大部分病例的囊肿可在妊娠晚期或出生后自行消退,本文通过分析产前超声检查提示胎儿盆腔囊肿的女性胎儿病例超声声像特征，定期监测并追踪出生后情况，探讨超声声像特征与临床结局的相关性，为正确的产前咨询及临床处理提供依据。
