摘要
为了提高交流传动机车的调速性能,在机车的牵引变流器中采用脉冲矢量控制。文章以HXD3型电力机车为例,介绍了矢量控制技术的基本原理,分析了使用方波脉冲矢量控制技术的机车牵引变流器的系统结构、及输出电压、脉冲方式和配置。研究表明脉冲矢量控制技术使机车能精确快速的控制牵引电机的转矩和转速,具有良好的调速性能,能最大程度发挥机车牵引力。
In order to improve the performance of speed adjustment of Ac drive electric locomotive,we use the pulse vector controlling technology in traction converters.The basic principle of vector control technology is introduced,the system structure,output voltage,the pulsepattern and allocation of the traction converters with square wave pulsed vector controlling technology are analyzed and researched with the example of HXD3 electric locomotive.Results show that the pulse vector controlling technology can control the torque and speed more accurately and fast,has better speed adjustment,and can help locomotive play its traction.
