摘要
通过对宜长高速公路工程第三合同段填石路基铺层厚度、填料的最大粒径、压实机具及其施工工艺等影响压实效果的因素进行现场试验和综合分析,提出了填石路基的施工工艺,确定了压实机具选型、质量控制的指标与方法;通过对专用压路机的设计研究和性能试验,验证了填石路基专用设备对其压实的有效性和可行性,通过试验段填筑施工为日后大规模施工提供了有效技术条件。
Factors,such as rock-fill roadbed ply thickness,the maximum size of filler,compaction equipment and construction technology of the third contract section of Yichnag to Changyang freeway engineering,affecting the compaction effect were tested and analyzed,and the construction technology of rock-fill roadbed was proposed,lectotype of compaction equipment and indicators and methods of quality control were confirmed.Effectiveness and feasibility of rock-fill roadbed special equipment to its compaction was verified through design research and performance test to special roller,which provided effective technical conditions for future large-scale construction through test section filling.
