摘要
施工企业的主要成本发生在工程施工阶段,如何在施工阶段对成本进行控制是影响施工企业利润的关键。文章在研究施工企业成本控制的基础上,指出传统施工阶段成本控制的特点和不足。提出企业在工程施工阶段实施全过程成本控制,从整体而非局部、从动态而非静态、从主动而非被动的对施工成本进行控制。
Construction enterprise＇s main cost occurred in construction stage,so how to control the cost in the construction stage is the key that influences construction enterprise＇s profits.Based on the study of cost control of construction enterprises,the paper points out the characteristics and inadequate of traditional cost control in construction stage.The cost in construction stage of enterprise should be controlled in the whole process,from the wholes rather than parts,from dynamic state rather than non-stationary,from the proactive rather than reactive.
