Determination and Analysis of SMEs Dynamic Environment in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

自Teece&Pisan于1994年在"The dynamic capability of firm:An introduction"一文中,提出动态能力概念以来,逐步受到了学者们的关注。本文针对内蒙古中小企业当中的61家进行了动态能力抽样调研,通过SPSS等工具对所得数据进行分析,以判定动态环境与非动态环境判定与动态简单环境与动态复杂环境。

Since Teece Pisan had put forward the concept of dynamic capabilities in the paper of ＂The dynamic capability of firm： An introduction＂ in 1994,the dynamic capability has been receiving more attention from scholars.This paper carried out dynamic capabilities sampling survey among 61 SMEs in Inner Mongolia by SPSS and other tools to analyze the data and determine the dynamic decision environment and non-dynamic environment and dynamic environment,dynamic simple environment and dynamic complex environment.
