摘要
本文选取2010年昆明房交会作为研究对象,运用IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)分析方法,通过问卷设计和实地调查,得出了参展商对2010年房交会影响因子重要性和实际表现满意度的组合评价。从而对公司化运作、市场化较高、具有较大规模的商业展览的参展商满意度进行评价建议,以期对该展览项目进一步发展提供,同时对会展研究中参展商参展决策行为研究提供参考。
This article selects the 2010 Kunming Estate Exhibition as the research object,using IPA,and through the questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,exhibitors' combined evaluation for 2010 impact factor importance and satisfaction degree of actual performance is obtained.Thus to conduct evaluation suggestions for company operation,higher marketization,exhibitors' satisfaction degree of commercial exhibition with larger scale,in order to evaluate the suggestion for exhibition project,and provide reference for exhibitors' decision-making behavior in the exhibition research.
