职教集团内部协作机制研究

当前我国职业教育由独立办学向集团化发展,随着职教集团的大量涌现,其内部协作问题已经成为广大职教工作者亟待解决的重大课题。只有建立内部协作的长效机制,才能使集团健康稳步发展,科学高效地完成职业教育的人才培养目标。文章围绕如何建立长效机制分几点进行阐述。

Vocational education in China nowadays is developing from independent running type to group running type,and the massive emergency of vocational education groups brings the issue of intra-group coordination to be solved by educators concerned.Only the vocational education group establish long-time intra-group coordination mechanism can the group set its feet on the way of healthy and steady development and achieve the goal of cultivating talents in a scientific and high efficient way.The article focus on expounding how to establish long-time mechanism.
