Discussion on Guidance and Assistance for Various Employee Group at A Disadvantage in Universities

各类就业困难群体中,高校毕业生就业困难群体人数众多,解决好他们的就业是解决高校就业问题的关键所在。本文就是在对高校各类就业困难群体简述的基础上,从高校、就业困难学生自身这两个角度去分析原因,并给予各类就业困难毕业生提出针对性的指导与帮助。

There are a large numbers of college graduates who obtain employment difficultly among employee group at a disadvantage.In order to deal with employment issues of universities,the key is to solve college graduates＇ employment.The causes were analyzed from two aspects,namely,universities and students themselves who obtain employment difficultly based on the description of employee group at a disadvantage in universities to provide targeted guidance and assistance for college graduates who obtain employment difficultly.
