城乡教育一体化进程中的农村学校改进

Improvement of Rural School in Progress of the Integration of Urban and Rural Education

城乡教育一体化的核心和关键是要全面改进农村学校,实现其优质化发展。农村学校的改进是一项系统性、整体性工程,受多种因素的影响和制约。农村学校的改进需要从其外部环境和学校自身两个方面努力。从外部环境来讲,就是要在城乡教育一体化背景下均衡配置学校各类资源;从内部来讲,就是要形成农村学校发展愿景、提高农村学校管理水平、加强农村师资队伍建设、提升农村学校教育科研水平、创新农村学校运行机制等。

The core and key of integration of urban and rural education is to improve rural school roundly,achieve its high quality development.The improvement of rural school is a systematic project,and various factors can affect and restrict its improvement.We should improve rural school from two aspects,namely,its external environment and school itself.From external environment,we should conduct balanced allocation of all kinds of resources of colleges;and from the internal environment,we should form the development vision of rural school,improve the management level of rural school,strengthen the construction of teachers＇ team,enhance the level of education and research in rural schools and innovate operation mechanism of rural school,etc.
