"E时代"背景下,由于主、客观方面的原因大学生易发诸多心理问题,其解决途径主要在于建构一套行之有效的工作模式,即"努力打造一支队伍,认真抓好两个建设,高度重视三个结合"的"一二三模式"。
Under the background of E period,due to the subjective and objective reasons,college students are prone to many psychological problems.Its main solution lies in that a set of effective work patterns should be constructed,that is,building a team industriously,paying special attention to the two construction,attaching great importance to the three combination＂123＂mode.
