摘要
知识经济形态中,知识的积累和技术的进步成为经济增长主要动力,如何正确地认识知识,正确的分析人与知识的关系也势必成为进行有效的知识管理的基础。本文试图对知识的形成及内涵,知识与个人的关系以及知识与群体的关系进行粗浅的哲学思考,希望为知识管理的实践提供基础性的理论补充。
The accumulation of knowledge and technological progress become main driver of economic growth in knowledge economy,how to correctly understand knowledge and analyze the relationship between people and knowledge is bound to become the basis for effective knowledge management.The paper tries to conduct superficial philosophical thoughts on the formation and connotation of knowledge,the relationship between knowledge and people and the relationship between knowledge and group so as to provide fundamental complementary theory for the practice of knowledge management.
