41例高血压脑出血的护理干预

Nursing Intervention to Forty-one Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨高血压脑出血的护理。方法:对41例高血压脑出血患者实施心理护理等一系列护理措施。结果:治疗后25例患者痊愈出院,11例生活基本自理出院,2例呈植物生存状态,1例因脑疝死亡,2例自动出院。结论:实施积极、有效的护理,对脑出血患者的预后和功能恢复起着积极重要的作用。

Objective： To discuss nursing care of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method： To carry out a series of nursing measures, such as psychological care to forty-one patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Results： After treatment, twenty -five patients were discharged from hospital, eleven patients were discharged from hospital with their basic self-care, two patients showed persistent vegetative state, one patient died due tobrain herniation, and two patients themselves left the hospital. Conclusion： The implementation of active and effective nursing care plays an active important role in the prognosis and functional recovery of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
