结肠癌急性肠梗阻一期手术26例疗效观察

Curative effect observation of one-stage operation on colon carcinoma complicating acute ileus in 26 cases

目的:探讨结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻一期手术的疗效。方法:对26例结肠癌伴肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分折。结果:本组患者未出现因手术而死亡的病例,有3例患者出现了吻合口瘘,经过营养支持治疗后治愈,2例切口感染,经处理后痊愈,其余患者均恢复满意。结论:对结肠癌急性肠梗阻患者行一期手术切除吻合术是安全可行的。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of one-stage operation on colon carcinoma complicating acute ileus.Methods：The clinical data of 26 patients with colon carcinoma complicating acute ileus were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among all 26 cases,no dead case occurred.3 cases got stoma fistula and were cured after treatment of nutritional support.2 cases had the incision infection and were also cured after appropriate treatment.The other cases recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion：To the colon carcinoma complicated with acute ileus patients,one-stage resection anastomosis is safe and feasible.
