小儿四肢静脉留置针两种不同送管方法的效果比较

Effective comparison between two putting tube methods of limb venous indwelling needle in young children

目的:探讨静脉留置针在小儿静脉穿刺中两种不同方法送管的效果。方法:将260例行静脉穿刺治疗的患儿随机分为常规组和改进组,用两种不同送管方法送管,比较两组置管成功率。结果:改进组一次性成功率明显高于常规组。改进组一次性穿刺成功率高达96.15%,而常规组为81.54%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:改进小儿静脉留置针送管方法有利于提高一次性穿刺成功率,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the effects of two putting tube methods of venipuncture in young children.Methods：260 children patients undergoing venipuncture were randomly divided into the routine group and the modified group.Two different methods of putting tube were performed.The success rates of indwelling tube were compared between two groups.Results：The one time success rate in the modified group was obviously higher than that in the routine group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Modified method of putting tube can raise the one time success rate,which deserves to be spread in clinic.
