临床路径在慢性鼻窦炎手术患者中的应用

Application research of clinical pathway in operative patients with chronic sinusitis

目的:观察临床路径(clinical pathway,CP)在鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者的应用效果。方法:将180例慢性鼻窦炎手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各90例。实验组按制订好的医、护、患临床路径表实施每日诊疗、护理、康复工作,对照组采用传统医疗护理方法。结果:实验组患者的平均住院日和平均住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.01);患者满意度和健康知识评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:按CP实施诊疗、护理及患者的自理康复可以减少平均住院日,降低住院费用,有利于患者主动参与诊疗和护理,促进了术后生活自理能力的恢复,提高了患者满意度。

Objective：To study the application effect of clinical pathway in the patients with endoscopic sinus operation.Methods：180 cases of chronic sinusitis surgery were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,90 cases in each group.The experimental group received daily treatment,nursing care,rehabilitation training according to the established tables of comprehensively clinical pathway for doctors,nurses and patients.But the control group received the traditional treatment and nursing care.Results：After applying clinical pathway,the preoperative periods and average hospitalization time were significantly shortened,the average hospitalization cost was remarkably decreased compared with the control group（P0.01）.The patient satisfaction and the health knowledge scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Implementing diagnosis,treatment,nursing and self rehabilitation according to the clinical pathway could significantly decrease the average hospitalization time and patents＇ hospitalization cost,promote patients to participate in treatment and care actively,as well as facilitate recovery of self-care ability and enhance the patient satisfaction.
