The Modulation Effects of Early Enteral Feeding on Kupffer Cell Activity in Severely Burned Rats

摘要 目的 了解早期肠道营养对枯否细胞(KC) 的调理作用。方法 30% Ⅲ度烧伤大鼠90 只随机分为早期喂养组、延迟喂养组,另设正常对照组15 只。于伤前及伤后1 ,3,5 天观察枯否细胞分泌TNF、PGE2 的变化及KC吞噬胶体颗粒数量的变化。结果 延迟喂养组较早期喂养组KC分泌TNF、PGE2 及吞噬胶体颗粒量均明显增加。结论 早期肠道营养可下向调理KC的过度激活,减少其释放活性介质。 Objective To study whether there is a modulation effect of early enteral feeding on kupffer cell (KC) of burned rats. Methods Rats sustained with 30%Ⅲ° flame burns of TBSA were divided randomly into an early feeding (EF) group given gastroenteral feeding from 2 hours postburn( n =45), and a delayed feeding( DF) group given the same nutritional solutions from the third day postburn ( n =45).Another 15 rats served as the normal controls without burning. Results The results showed that TNF and PGE 2 released by KCs increased more markedly in the DF group than those in the EF group. The counts and areas of KCs phagocytizing colloidal particles were obviously increased in the DF group than those of the EF group. Conclusions We consider that early enteral feeding modulates the hyperactivity of KCs and reduces its excessive secretion of active mediators.
