摘要 2004年3月由中华医学会肝病学分会和中华医学会传染病与寄生虫病学分会联合制定发布了《丙型肝炎防治指南》，随着对HCV感染检测研究的进展，人们对有关检验项目的理解更多更深，指南修改在即，现提出几点建议。
