人子宫颈癌基因生物学功能研究进展及其在肝癌早期诊断中的潜在价值 被引量:1

The biological function of human cervical cancer oncogene and its potential value in the early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 人子宫颈癌基因是一新发现的"干系(stem-line)"癌基因,具有多种生物学功能,在肿瘤组织中特异性高表达,正逐渐引起人们较大的兴趣并显示出其在肝癌早期诊断中的优势。本文从人子宫颈癌基因的结构、功能、致肿瘤的机制以及其在肝癌早期诊断中的潜在价值进行综述。 Human cervical cancer oncogene (HCCR) is a newly discovered stem-line cancer gene with various biological functions. HCCR gene is specifically expressed in tumors and gradually shows its value in the early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma, which attracts the interest of investigators. This review introduces the structure, function and carcinogenesis of HCCR and its potential value in early diagnosis of liver cancer.
