通过对我国村镇结构房屋的震害总结,分析了传统圈梁、构造柱技术在村镇建筑中难以落实使用的原因,提出了适用于各设防烈度区的装配式构造柱圈梁新技术,以期通过简便易行的手段提高村镇结构房屋的抗震能力。

Based on the earthquake damage summary of our rural structural houses, this paper analysed the reasons of traditional ring beam, constructional column techniques in rural building hard to implement use, and put forward the fabricated constructional colmnn ring beam new technology apply to each fortification intensity area, so as to improve the seismic capability of rural structural houses use simple and feasible means.
