This paper respectively introduced the characteristics and formable causes of concrete structure crack, temperature crack, shrinkage crack, elabrated the main factors leading to high performance concrete produce cracks, and put forward prevention measures about early shrinkage crack from the mix, construction technology, maintenance, adding agent four aspects, so as to guide the practice.
