以长吉城际铁路3号混凝土拌合站及2号级配碎石拌合站为工程背景,介绍了钢管拱架主要设计参数及施工活荷载,建立了荷载模型,并进行了反力和位移计算,阐述了铁路施工项目拌合站雨棚的施工技术和主要工序的技术质量控制措施,为今后同类工程积累了宝贵经验。
Taking Chang-Ji inter-clty railway No. 3 concrete mixing station and No. 2 crushing stone mixing station as the project background, it introduces the main design parameter and construction active load of steel pipe arch frame, establishes loading model, carries on counterforce and displacement calculation, and describes the construction technology and main technical quality control measures of mixing station canopy in railway construction project, which has accumulated valuable experience for future similar engineering.
